How do I add a second dog?
Open the Dogs tab and add a dog. Each dog has its own ration, plan and log.
Why does a number differ from another calculator?
The app shows the math behind each number. Check the ratio model and the dog's weight, age, activity level and goal; different models give different splits.
My reminders do not arrive.
Allow notifications for BARFRatio in your device settings and turn the reminders on in the app. On Android also exclude the app from battery optimization if your phone is aggressive.
How do I restore my Remove Ads purchase?
Use Restore Purchases in the app's Remove Ads screen, with the same Apple ID or Google account you bought it with.
How do I delete my data?
Delete dogs and entries in the app, or uninstall it. Nothing is stored on our servers.
Does my data move to a new phone?
There is no cloud sync. On Android the system backup may restore app data on a new device; on iPhone use your device backup.
